Pro-Yo Wooden Axle — this yo kicks it. My fave looper (76 loops is amazing for me, 30 or so is automatic). You can do lots of tricks because it sleeps better than Yomega’s fireball!!!!! 20-30 seconds is not out of the question, and that is nuts for a fixed axle yo. Overall a steal for anything under 8 bucks, which is almost anywhere.

This is probably one of my favorite fixed axle yo yos. I think this yo outperforms the Technic in most areas. This yo yo is not only a great looper, but is also a good yo yo at string tricks. I can perform all the more advanced tricks with the Pro Yo. Like Split the Atom and other more complex tricks. Not to say this yo yo can sleep for two minutes, but it gives me enough time to do most of my tricks. Bottom line: you need to get this yo yo.

I competed in the advanced division of the Rocky Mountain YoYo Championships in June 1999 with a wooden axle Pro Yo. I think I was the only person who didn’t use a ball bearing yoyo. Sure, I can’t get two minute sleep times out of a wooden axle yoyo, but I can still Split the Atom with one, and do every other major trick. People get so hung up on which yoyo “sleeps the longest” or is the best for string tricks. I say the Pro Yo is one of the best yoyos around, period. (Note: the Koosh Pro Yo and the Playmaxx Pro Yo II are the same yoyo with different end caps.)

For the money, you probably won’t find a better all around yo-yo. The ProYo II has decent sleeping abilities (usually about 15 seconds), superb for not being a ball bearing transaxle. It is possible to pull off complex tricks such as ‘Split the Atom’. It’s a great looper, too. The biggest problem I’ve had with this yo, however, is the wooden axle. I broke one very easily by just trying to take a string out. Nonetheless, I’d recommend picking one up to loop with.

This is the best yo-yo I have ever tried. This is my fav even over my TBB. It gives good sleep times, good for string tricks and a perfect looper. I got this yo-yo at the south east yo-yo tournament and don’t regret it. If you are looking for the perfect fixed axle yo-yo that can out perform most transaxles this is it.

This is a wonderful yo-yo! it is SO smooooooth. You can’t even tell that it is sleeping! The ProYo II is easily the best looper I have used with the exception of the Profire. I love it! It sleeps around 13-18 seconds, although I’ve gotten 24 seconds before. I don’t doubt the “world’s longest spinning fixed axle yo-yo” claim on the package. It’s also great for string tricks. The gap is perfect and there is almost no speed reduction. I can do Atom Smasher with it and have sleep time to spare! All in all, I’d recommend it over every yo except the TBB. The ProYo II’s a great all around yo-yo and a complete “must have” for serious yo-ers. Get one!

This yoyo sucks! The wooden axle can break easily! It has no response system!I can barely get it to sleep up to ten seconds! But I have to admit,it’s a really good looper.Once I was at Kb toys and I saw this yoyo and decided to pick it up since I heard it was so good.I tried it out. It sucked!I couldn’t get it to do trapeze and couldn’t get it to sleep that long. All I have to say is don’t wast your money!
