Thanks to Yoyoplay.com for graphic.

This yo-yo is much better than Yomega’s famous Fireball. The Profire GT sleeps longer, is better for string tricks and WAY better for looping (it’s my favorite looper) and it returns better because of the Brake Pads. They do wear out every month or so, but are inexpensive and easy to replace. The “GT” means it’s a butterfly shaped yo-yo (with rounded edges!). It does require daily lubing, but I don’t mind. I think this would be a good choice for someone who wants to step up from a ProYo II. At only $8-11, it is worth adding to your collection.

Well, I just bought a Profire GT. It was at Target and on clearance and figured I would pick one up. It sleeps a little bit longer than a Pro Yo but is just as responsive. It has some troubles with string tricks because it slows down a lot, but man this the best yoyo I have seen for Reach for the Moon. Well, that’s about all I can say for this yoyo other than its brake pads wear down. So if you are short cash this is a cheap way to get a good performing yoyo. .
