I think the Cherry Bomb is a good yoyo. It sleeps well, does string tricks even better, but its looping ability isn’t that good until you put in the wooden axle included with it. The weight rings that come with it help out a lot with the tricks. To make this short, the one thing that is a drawback is its tiny starbursts that I found wore out after a while and now it doesn’t usually comeback with even a forward pass. I’ve heard that nail polish or masking tape could work, although I’ve never tried it. For $14.95 I think that it would be a good value to your collection.

I recently purchased my Cherry Bomb a couple of days ago and boy, was I impressed! I’ve had a lot of yos, but this one takes the cake, or should I say cherry pie. This must be the best yoyo I’ve ever had! I took it out of its packege, put the weight rings in it, threw it down and I was amazed at how quiet it was! It felt like it slept forever! So I decided to put it through a test run, I COULD DO EVERY TRICK I KNOW, no joke! It is also a great looper too, but loops even better with the wooden axle that comes with it! I recommend this one to anyone looking for a great yo for everything! Buy one and see what I mean. One of the best yos for the money!

The Cherry Bomb is a wonderful adjustable gap, bearing yo-yo. Its string play may be even smoother than the TBB. This yo-yo will almost sleep as long on the string as off it. With a wide butterfly shape, the Cherry Bomb is very easy to mount onto complex string maneuvers. The Cherry Bomb can sleep a long time with its high-quality ABEC 3 bearing, or it can be made into a good looping yo-yo by replacing the bearing with an included wooden axle. This is a great yo-yo to add to your collection.

I think the cherry bomb is a great yo yo. It doesn’t loop that well but its string tricks are excellent! I really couldn’t ask for anything more in a $15 yo yo. I give it two thumbs up.

I got a Cherry bomb a while ago. When i first got it, it was very good with the weight rings and adjustable gap. After a month, it started to suck. Maybe it’s just me. It used to sleep for over a minute, and now about 15 seconds, even after modding it. There is no problem with the responsiveness. Just add vaseline. The price isn’t bad at 15 dollars at Y4L. Overall it’s okay but for really long tricks like Kamikaze and White Buddha, I don’t think it will work.
